Wanting to dedicate intentional time to reflecting on yourself this season? GREAT. Worried that you don’t know “how to journal?” PERFECT. There’s no wrong way to journal but sometimes I can feel helpful to have someone guide you through it, ask intentional questions, and help you process more deeply. Also, it being held in a cute park with snacks and other people who share these interests makes the experience better, too.
This workshop will guide us through a morning of guided journaling practices, contemplation, and group conversation surrounding what the autumn season represents & what it can teach us.

where we sit down together and contemplate big questions in comforting ways and utilise pen on paper, and conversation amongst each other, to help us navigate those big questions.
