Taking Back The Holidays: a VIRTUAL gathering

a guided journaling & community hour for those who may want extra support during or have mixed feelings about the holiday season

Thursday, December 22nd | 3:00 - 4:00pm

your home

The holiday season can bring up a whole mix of feelings for people. You’re allowed to feel many things at once when it comes to seeing family, having the year come at an end, comparing your family gatherings to others on social media or to your own expectations, being non-intentionally separated or intentionally estranged from family, or experiencing a general seasonal funk around the winter. It can be a fun and wonderful time, and it can also be difficult and painful and isolating.

We are here to take back the holiday season, and cultivate togetherness, honesty and connection. Even if it’s not what we originally expected it to look like.

We are creating a space where we get to reflect and journal about the complex feelings that can surround this time of year.

$15 per person

included in ticket cost: guided journal questions sent straight to your email, mental health-informed guide to lead you through exercises and create an emotionally safe space to process amongst community
